More Than Land: A Divine Appointment at Hope International Hospital

There are moments in life when you know—without a doubt—God is orchestrating something far greater than what your eyes can see.

We’ve been praying for years for one specific acre of land next to our Hope International Hospital site. This land would allow us to expand for future growth. But we couldn’t find the owner. We waited. We asked. We prayed.

And then - God moved.

The day finally came when the original landowner agreed to meet. He didn’t come alone—he brought his family. Among them was his son, a bright-eyed Maasai boy, humble and kind. As he stood with us, it was like the Lord was shining a spotlight on him. We asked about his dreams, and he told us:

“I wanted to be a doctor, but I had to stop school.”

Right there, we told him the truth: It’s never too late. We encouraged him to keep dreaming, to keep believing. After all, he was standing on land where miracles are already beginning to unfold.

As the land discussions and paperwork continued, the pastor who was with us felt the Spirit nudging. He turned to the father—the very man whose land we had waited on for years—and asked him a simple but eternal question:

Would you like to receive Jesus?

And right there, he said yes.

He gave his life to Christ. That moment became holy ground.

It was never just about land.

It was always about people.

And God, in His perfect timing, brought the right people, to the right place, for the right purpose.

We thought we were gaining an acre.

But what we really witnessed was a soul being added to the Kingdom.

This is why we do what we do.

Thank you for praying. Thank you for believing. And thank you for continuing to stand with us as the story of Hope International Hospital continues to unfold—miracle by miracle, life by life
